Dried Epazote

Epazote also known as "Mexican tea" is a unique herb that when fresh is traditionally used in Mexican cooking to tenderize beans and to flavor soups and stews. It is a unique flavor that when dried is reminiscent of a mix between oregano and mint. Dried epazote is great ground and used as a dry rub for meat and fish.
