Calamondin Marmalade

This unique citrus is a kumquat mandarin hybrid which creates the perfect tart marmalade. Whole local calamondins are blended and boiled with sugar to create a marmalade that is perfect on toast, mixed into yogurt or oatmeal, baked into scones or thumbprint cookies, or used as a marinade for chicken or fish.
